Our California Contractor license number is 1052430. We are also fully licenced, bonded & insured liability insurance and accreditated by the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and Building Trades Association.

Our project representative will view the site and gather additional information. He/She will present an initial design and a budget for the project. All projects have different goals so this process may be one meeting or as many as it takes to refine the design and budget. But it will generatly take one hour to one hour and a half. We will show you pictures from our vast list of previous customers. You are welcome to tour our projects !

Yes. We will provide you with a fixed start date and a completion date — including any cleanup duties. These dates will be included in the formal written agreement, along with a timetable of the work that’ll be done and a material list of everything that’ll be needed.

You will be assigned a site supervisor/Project Manager who’s in charge of the entire process. This professional gives you his or her views concerning the progress of the home remodeling procedure. This is essential because you will not be left in the dark as this process goes on. The supervisor gives you updates about the progress to ensure you are satisfied and to make you feel proud of your choice to employ them.

Yes. We guarantee all of our work. Time of guarantee varies depending on the job performed.

Answer:
Once a design is agreed upon we prepare a detailed construction contract. The contract contains all the pertinent details, specifications and warranties. A schedule of the progress payment is included along with the approximate duration and completion date. The contract is reviewed by the prospective client and any necessary changes are made. At that point the contract is signed by both parties and a down payment is made.

Answer:
Client may cancel contract, without any penalty or obligation, within 3 business days from the date the contract was signed. If a client cancels within this three days, any payment made by client will be returned within 10 days following cancellation notice.

Yes. Inclement weather such as heavy rain or other unpredictable occurrences can cause a service date to be delayed. In this case we will reach out to you in advance of your scheduled appointment and make other arrangements.

As a general rule, a building permit is required whenever:

1. There is structural work involved (e.g., removing load-bearing walls).

2. The basic living area (square footage) of the home is to be changed.

3. The home’s mechanical systems (e.g., gas, electrical or plumbing) are to be reconfigured or otherwise modified.
